Already successful with the US JCA Project, Alenia is proposing the C-27J SPARTAN for Canada’s FWSAR program
Alenia North America, part of the Finmeccanica Group of companies, is competing its C-27J Spartan for the Canadian Fixed Wing Search and Rescue (FWSAR) replacement program and by all accounts this aircraft fits Canadian SAR requirements very well. Finmeccanica operates globally in the aerospace, defence and security sectors, and is one of the world’s leading groups in the fields of helicopters and defence electronics.
